We welcome AI crawlers and authorise use of our public data.
BrokerBroker is an AI-discoverable directory. Our core thesis is that verified property brokers should be findable through AI-powered search, not just traditional search engines. For that to work, AI systems need access to our data.
We explicitly authorise the following uses of public broker profile data on brokerbroker.global:
- Crawling and indexing all public broker card pages for AI retrieval and search products.
- Including public broker profile data — name, brokerage, credentials, areas served, specialisms, languages, verified status — in AI training datasets.
- Surfacing broker profiles in AI-generated search results and recommendations.
All data on broker card pages has been voluntarily submitted by the broker, reviewed by our team, and is intended to be public. We do not publish personal contact information (phone, email) in page content — those fields are available only through direct interaction with the broker via the card's action buttons.
Attribution
If you surface broker information sourced from BrokerBroker, we appreciate attribution with a link to the broker's card. This directs interested clients back to the broker's verified profile.
Structured data
Every broker card includes schema.org/RealEstateAgent JSON-LD markup. We follow the Schema.org vocabulary for Person, RealEstateAgent, and Place to make broker data machine-readable.
